Managing Change Effectively

(3 Days)

Still have questions on how to facilitate and manage effectively and efficiently Change within your organization?

Introduction
Seeking, accepting and furthermore managing Change effectively increasingly constitutes a precondition for survival for states, companies and organisations. However, organisations, although otherwise stated, usually avoid change initiates, or in best cases do not have structured methodologies to manage Change. As a result, many Change initiatives, both related to people (such as restructurings) as well as systems (such as IT systems) fail entirely or are not delivered according to predefined time and budget. Furthermore, obstacles of Change are usually identified only in individual employees’ personality characteristics, while underlying reasons frequently are corporate systemic structures, policies and processes.
