Registration Policies

Deliverables: Fees include (a) Pre-course preparation, (b) course material, (c) lunches & coffee, (d) Certificate of Completion.
Eligibility: Participation is on a first come-first serve basis, till maximum number of participants is reached.
Registration: Your registration is confirmed after registration form is completed and send
Payment: Your seat is confirmed after bank transfer payment is made within 5 working days of registration. (please indicate as reference on payment slip your Name, Organisation and Course Title).
Invoice: Upon receipt of your payment, a registration email and invoice will be sent to you.
Presence: You are required to be present during the full duration of the course.
Cancellation: If unable to attend, you can define a substitute participant and notify us at least 5 calendar days prior to the course. If no substitute is nominated:
  • 80% will be refunded, if cancellation is done in more than 30 calendar days prior to the course.
  • 50% will be refunded, if cancellation is done between 7-30 calendar days prior to the course.
  • 10% will be refunded, if cancellation is done in less than 7 calendar days prior to the course.
