In today’s information rich business environment, the challenge of executives is both to identify strategically important priorities, which ensure corporate success, but also to transform these priorities into deployable practices, through proper planning and appropriate approaches.

Content Summary
Module 1: The Strategy Concept
Within this Module, participants will be inducted into the concept of Strategy and its importance for successful organisations in the past and future.

Module 2: Global Strategic Thinking
Within this Module, participants will be introduced to the Global Aspects of Strategic thinking, such as understanding how successful organisations in the future will look like, realising different competition strategies and acknowledging emerging trends such as sustainability.

Module 3: Corporate Strategic Thinking
Within this Module, participants will be introduced to the Corporate Aspects of Strategic thinking, such as understanding how lethargy, internal organisation, culture and processes impact long terms success.

Module 4: Human Strategic Thinking
Within this Module, participants will be introduced to the Human Aspects of Strategic thinking, such as understanding peoples’ barriers to think strategically, realising characteristics of successful future employees and facilitating a culture  of “outside the box thinking”.

Module 5: Developing a Strategy
Within this Module, participants will learn how to develop a Strategy, based on understanding external expectations and trends, as well as internal performance results.

Module 6: Implementing a Strategy
Within this Module, participants will learn how to implement a developed Strategy, based on managing its deployment, and well as handling potential internal resistance.
