Emmanuel has more than sixteen years of practical experience in areas such as Corporate Responsibility, Communications, Μanagement Systems, Business Excellence and Sales, in companies like Vodafone, Henkel, Mytilineos and Thenamaris. Moreover, Emmanuel has been:
-Jury Committee Member and Senior Assessor for the European Excellence Award in Brussels in the category of large organisations.
-Member of Vodafone Group’s Global CSR Council.
-EFQM representative as accredited expert in the ISO26000 development process.
-Lead Auditor for Quality, Environment and Health & Safety management systems.
-Official CSR Trainer, for EFQM in Europe.
He has provided numerous lectures, moderations and training courses on management topics (like CSR, Environment, Excellence, Change, Innovation, Leadership) around the world (e.g. Belgium, Denmark, Serbia, Romania, Estonia, Dubai, Greece).
He speaks fluently Greek, German and English and his studies include an MBA (Highest Honours), an MSc in Biotechnology and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering (Honours). In 2003 he was honoured with the annual European Leadership Award by the European Foundation for Quality Management, for his “contribution to the Excellence movement in Europe”.
Since 2007 Emmanuel is Managing Partner of STREAM Management, having delivered projects both for corporations (such as Coca-Cola 3E, Cosmote, Carrefour, Heineken, Henkel, Dubai Properties Group, Dubai Holdings, Exodus, Worthington Cylinders), as well as institutions (like CSR Europe, EFQM, Danish Center for Leadership, WWF, ALBA).

Yiannis has more than fifteen years of professional experience, and a proven track record in both domestic & international operations, driving positive change in corporations such as Alpha Bank-Greece, NIIT-India JCI-USA, ELMEC Romania, Global Eye Investments-Romania, Alexandrion Group-Romania, Humantelligence-USA.
In his career Yiannis has gained experience in general management, cost control and full P&L accountability, strategic human capital and talent management, workforce analysis diagnosis and mapping, corporate reorganization and organizational design, strategic planning and international and domestic business development, in positions such as Key Account manager, Chief Operations Manager, General Manager, CEO, Executive Vice President, President. Moreover Yiannis is:
-the co-founder of the JCI European Media and Communications Academy(est. 2002)
-former member of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games - Sponsor Communications office
-former Head Advisor for the National Strategic Plan for Youth Entrepreneurship – Greece.
Yiannis has chaired numerous international conferences and congresses and has been invited as a speaker in various business conferences and events around the world.
He holds an MBA, a BSc with major in Computer science and a diploma in Business Administration. He has been awarded a JCI senator-ship in 2005 and recognition awards form JCI in 97, 99, 01 and 02 and from Alpha Bank in 1997.
Yiannis currently holds the position of President for Europe and member of the BoD of Humantelligence, a California based software research and development company, member of YS Interactive Media group.

Dimitris has practical field experience in variety of production processes and systems and has evaluated technologies and the respective business cases studies ranging from greenfield investments, to plant modernization and upgrades, energy management, environmental compliance issues, product compliance requirements around the world (e.g. USA, Greece, Egypt, Albania, Russia, Croatia, Romania, etc), in cooperation with various mutlinational companies and leading financial institutions such as the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the EBRD.
He speaks fluently Greek and English and his studies include an MBA (Shell Internship Awarded), an MSc in Process Control from the University of Connecticut (Scholarship from the University Research Centre) and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the University of Patras.
Since 2010 he is leading the Energy Efficiency and Climate Change team for the EBRD.
