Training Style
The course uses a combination of techniques, such as presentations, case studies from leading organisations (such as Yell, Vodafone, Danfoss, Grundfos, British Telecom, Solve, DT, Infineon, Knorr-Bremse), as well as sharing of participants’ experience. Furthermore, the course is strengthened by individual and team workshops, in order for participants to embed managerial techniques taught and receive coaching and feedback on their performance.

Content Summary
Module 1: The Fundamentals Of Excellence
Within this Module, participants will be introduced with the concept of Business Excellence, present the Fundamental Concepts of Excellence and explain the rational of the EFQM Model.

Module 2: The EFQM Model
Within this Module, participants will be presented with the rational of the EFQM Model, including the nine Criteria, both theoretical and practical (through case studies of organisations such as Yell, Vodafone, Danfoss, Grundfos, TNT, DHL, British Telecom).

Module 3: The RADAR Card
Within this Module, participants will understand the rational of the RADAR Card, which is located at the center of any excellence effort. Participants will receive a Case Study to analyse and suggest how they could improve a specific Criterion.

Module 4: External Speech
Within this Module, an external speaker presents his experience from using the EFQM Model within his organisation. The speaker is an ex-General Manager of an EFQM Finalist and Country Excellence Award Winner, Head of National Quality Management Foundation.
