Achieving Employee Happiness

(3 Days)

Still have questions on how to understand and act upon what makes your employees happy and develop a culture which enhances workplace happiness?

Introduction
In today’s business environment frequently employees are frustrated, disengaged and confused, while to perform their best they should be happy. Happiness at the workplace refers to how satisfied people are with their work and is related to an individual’s subjective well-being. Happy people are productive people while those people who are unhappy may not pay full attention to any task, therefore happiness at the workplace is crucial for improving productivity in any organization.

In order to achieve this stage of work happiness, employees should be at a stage of happiness self-awareness, managers should understand what drives their employees’ happiness and organisations should develop a culture which is consistent between what is said, what is done and what is thought.

By developing such an environment it is feasible to achieve, at an organisational level, what Ghandi describes at a personal level: “Happiness is when what you Think, what you Say and what you Do are in harmony”.
