Facilitating Creativity, Managing Innovation & Handling Change

(2 Days)

Still have questions on how to become more Creative at your workplace, build a systemic approach to manage Innovation and handle effectively required Change?

Introduction
Innovation increasingly constitutes not only a way to facilitate growth, but a precondition for survival for countries and organisations. However, organisations frequently focus their efforts to be more Innovative exclusively within the area of Products and Services. Even though this adds value, at the same time it neglects powerful indirect leverage areas, such as differentiating business models and internal organisation. Furthermore, obstacles of employees being creative should not only be attributed to employees’ personalities, but also in underlying misalignments within corporate systemic structures, policies and procedures. Last but not least, creative ideas are frequently not transformed into innovative practices, as the required change is underestimated and not managed in an effective way.
