Arnoud has more than fifteen years of practical experience in areas such as Public Affairs, Corporate Communications, Corporate Responsibility, Change Management, Program Management, Reputation Management and Investor Relations, serving organizations like Shell, Libertel, Vodafone, Swift, CycloTEC, Telenet and Habitat for Humanity in the transition to a Sustainable way of doing business.

The result: Cost reduction, better Risk management, an improved Reputation and better Collaboration.

Arnoud advices from a broad knowledge of social issues and years of experience in both the NGO and Business environment. The emphasis of his work is that it connects people and interests, linking the DNA of the organization to concrete business needs, creative programs and tangible results.

Throughout the years he has been a lecturer on Corporate communications and Corporate Responsibility at Business schools in Belgium and Holland, got recognition by the European Commission for setting up the international Direct Engagement Stakeholder program on Antennas and Health, won several prices for his Corporate responsibility and Issues management program and was awarded the Henri Sythoff price for the best Financial Report of the Netherlands.

Arnoud speaks fluently Dutch, German, English and French. His studies include LL.M. Degrees in International Law, Dutch Law, Mediation, an in-company MBA and studies in Change management, Leadership, Marketing and Communications.
